Mayo Diet Day 5 - First Hickup

Dimineata - Morcov Ras
Pranz - 250g cod fiert cu salata
Cina - 200 g friptura de vita cu zeama si o telina rasa

Azi la pranz in loc de cod am mancat o salata + un ton de dieta.
La sala si pe urma dupa mancare mi s-a facut super rau, am inteles ca ai asa un low glicemic, can corpul trece de pe carbohidrati pe arderea grasimii. Am gasit remediu band Cola Light, dar nu stiu daca asta e remediul perfect.
Anyway, am rezistat si n-am mancat in plus.
Ciudat este ca azi dimineata m-am cantarit si nu slabisem nici 100 de grame. Sa nu fi fost Cola Light de vina ca-mi da organismul peste cap

Mayo Diet- Day 4

Foamea incepe sa-si spuna cuvantul, e din ce in ce mai greu de tinut.
Azi regimul a fost crunt:
Dimineata: Cafea + o paine prajita
Pranz:  250 ml suc + un iaurt
Seara: 250 gr de branza + un morcov + un ou tare

Ingreunat a fost regimul de faptul ca am fost invitati la Adi care ne-au pregatit raclette + vin. Sunt foarte mandru de mine ca am putut rezista tentatiei. Ciudat sa stai la masa, toti molfaind si eu doar band apa. Si mai ciudat cand toti beau vin si intra intr-o stare euforica si eu sunt redus la stadiul de  musulman.
Am si alergat dimineata, pe urma am simtit o usoara slabiciune
Kg: 98.9 (-3.9kg)

Mayo Diet - Day 3

Astazi e sambata, deci prin definitie e mai usor de tinut dieta. Unicul facor ingreunator este faptul ca afara le ploua de le stinge, deci imi va fi usor greu sa ies la alergare.
Pentru azi acem
Ziua 3
Dimineata: O cafea si o felie de paine prajita
Pranz: 2 oua fierte tari, o felie de sunca si o salata
Seara: O telina fiarta, o rosie si un mar

Am trecut ce am mancat in ShapeUp. Dieta asta este de fapt un low-carb diet. Ieri si alaltaieri nu am consumat mai mult de 10% carbohidrati.

Mayo Diet - Day 2

Azi foamea e mai mare dar rezistam eroic. E ora 3:40, nu am baut nici macar o Cola Light. Am fost si la sport si merge mai bine, am reusit sa revin la alergatul 45 de minute fara intrerupere
Ziua 2
Dimineata: Cafea
Pranz: 250 g de sunca si un iaurt
Seara: 200g vita gratar + salata.

Mi-am zis azi, sa ma motivez de-a binelea, ca nu mai tradui decat cand ajung la 90 si nu ma mai uit la traduri decat atunci cand void fi sub 95. Sunt de parere ca stresul cauzat de tradeuri m-a facut sa ma ingras in halul asta. Trebuie inainte sa fiu in stare sa-mi tin in frau emotiile si sa-mi cresc vointa,

Si ziua a doua a fost un succes. Partea cea mai grea a zilei, seara, am rezolvat-o fara probleme. Parca si somnul e mai odihnitor, nu sunt atat de agitat.

Mayo Diet - Day 1

Am reusit, din diverse motive, sa ajung la 92.8 kg. E cam mult, niciodata nu am fost asa de gras. Acum cinci luni aveam 96, deci performanta negativa e uriasa.
Un efect secundar este ca ma doare spatele noaptea. Normal daca trebuie sa duca atatea lucruri in plus
Cand am fost in Timi l-am vazut pe Radu cu avand o cura de slabire Mayo si m-a impresionat profund vointa  lui. Asa ca am pozat-o si ai am inceput si eu cura. Ideea e ca pe langa efectele benefice de a slabi, e si un foarte bun intaritor de vointa. In plus, 2saptamani fara alcool va fi prilej de bucurie pentru ficatul meu.
Voi nota in fiecare zi progresul si dieta, astfel incat sa o pot repeta la o data ulterioar
Reguli de baza:
->Dureaza 2 saptamani
->Trebuie respectata cu strictete
->Fara Cola Light si Alcool
- Trading numai cand am sub 95 kg

Ziua 1
Dimineata: 1 cafea
Pranz: 2 oua cu 400g de spanac
Seara: 200g de friptura de vita cu o salata

Am reusit sa o tin fara probleme. Iar seara, cina aparent copioasa m-a facut sa nu tanjesc dupa prostii stand pe couch.
Sfarsit de zi: KG: 102.8

Reset . Day 1. Level 1

Trebuie sa-mi intaresc vointa si sa devin mult mai disciplinat. Abia dupa aceea pot sa indraznesc in a-mi indeplini visul de a deveni trader. Voi incepe un program foarte dur cu mine. In fiecare zi trebuie sa ating punctele stabilite cu o seara inainte.
Tradingul il voi continua dupa ce ma voi schimba. Nu ma pot apuca decat cand am sub 95 de kg,am stabilizat situatia la Toolmaker, si am depasit levelul 30

Challenguri pentru prima zi:
- Scularea la 06
- Muncit Toolmaker minim 4 ore
- Alergat 45 de minute
- Terminat Unrealized Valuation
- No trading
- Fara paine si dulciuri

Un singur target neimplinit si incep de la input.

Have to progress to a new level. Starting today, will work intensely in shaping the new me.
Key to success is to shape the willpower and the discipline, so no excuses to anything.
For today:

  • Do your core and finish 2-3 TPs -Done
  • Review in the evening what you have achieved -Done
  • Do all Toodledo tasks for today -Done
Overall a good day, but the exagerations from last days paid their tall. I fell a gout anfall coming,... Have to watch closely my eating and drinking habits,

Duminica si dzeu se odihneste. La fel si eu, nu m-am tzinut de reguli.

Pentru o sambata a fost bine. de nu ma imbatam, mancam si mai putin. Am si alergat dimineat, si nu am mancat excesiv de mult la George in vizita. Doar seara a fost aiurea, am mancat doua hanuta, ce n-ar fi fost necesare.

Today it was in principle easy. Only thing is I am very nervous in the evening because of the hunger, have shouted and been impossible. Also, I feel like a depression is brewing. Have to be strong to overcome this.

A marvelous thing was that I resisted to drink my regulare Friday wine. Didn't even have the appeal as it does in other circumstances.
Next 2 days are crucial as it is weekend and we are invited to 2 parties

90-3 Bad Day

Today I didn't respect my  discipline as not to trade until I'm 95kg. As a consequence, first I kind of lost some money, and then because of the nerves I started to eat in the evening, so rinse, repeat, tomorrow is a better day, restart all

A very good day today. Was able to keep the discipline without any problems, and no cravings at all.
When you lose weight, you have to do it at once, the momentum is taking you in the right direction.
Also, never break the rules, this weakens yous. It's like when quitting smoking and having one puff and then falling back

I'll log each day until I will reach 90 kg. Will have to lose around 10kg.

In the evening, before going to sleep, I'll write on the progress.
First day was acceptable. The hunger is not so tough to cope with. Only thing problematic is that my blood pressure got high and I have a headache. 
It must be stressful for the body to start burning fat.
All in all , a good first day.
