Restart

This morning I closed all unprofitable trades. Discipline is everything, I was undisciplined, have to pay for it.
Overall loss for this week is 100 CHF not much. NExt week goal is to be profitable by at least 100 CHF.
Today:

  • Track Record
  • Dataxpress
  • Not chocolate, bread and sports, log all food
  • Mindful, count breath one for at least till 100
  • Clean up desk. Make it as nice as it never was before

Be happy

For today

-Dataxpress schicken

Didn't achiede eating less than 1000 kcal. Although I went for a jog and ate little in the morning, overate again in the evening, eating chocolate that most definitely brought me to a total of 1300-1400 kcal.
