Cleansing - Day 1

Au trecut si Pastile, m-am ingrasat putin dar tot arat foarte bine. Spre deosebire de lumea ce face post inainte, eu voi face 30 de zile de post dupa, in principal pentru a reatinge cele 90 de kg, dar si pentru a scapa de noi obiceiuri proaste.
Program pentru cele 30 de zile:
  • Cel mai important, fara Coca Cola Light. O fac responsabila pentru toate problemele mele de silueta
  • Sport in fiecare zi, logguit pe RunKeeper
  • Fara dulciuri, paste si paine
  • Alcool doar maxime de doua ori pe saptamana
  • Logguit numarul de calorii arse si scrise in blog.

Unicul lucru ce nu l-am reusit a fost FX dupa 9, asta e, nu asta e important. Am pus punctul deoarece de obicei ma baga intr-o stare in care mananc necontrolat, ceea ce nu s-a intamplat ieri
