Au trecut si Pastile, m-am ingrasat putin dar tot arat foarte bine. Spre deosebire de lumea ce face post inainte, eu voi face 30 de zile de post dupa, in principal pentru a reatinge cele 90 de kg, dar si pentru a scapa de noi obiceiuri proaste.

- Cel mai important, fara Coca Cola Light. O fac responsabila pentru toate problemele mele de silueta
- Sport in fiecare zi, logguit pe RunKeeper
- Fara dulciuri, paste si paine
- Alcool doar maxime de doua ori pe saptamana
- Logguit numarul de calorii arse si scrise in blog.
