Reset - Day 1

Have to progress to a new level. Starting today, will work intensely in shaping the new me.
Key to success is to shape the willpower and the discipline, so no excuses to anything.
For today:

  • No shouting at all, be a sports -Done
  • No eating of bread and sweets -Done
  • Get up early -Done
  • Do your core and finish 2-3 TPs -Done
  • Review in the evening what you have achieved -Done
  • Do all Toodledo tasks for today -Done
Overall a good day, but the exagerations from last days paid their tall. I fell a gout anfall coming,... Have to watch closely my eating and drinking habits,
