Each day following checks have to be met:
- Log all Food - Done
- Don't use elevator - Done
- Eat 3 meals a day and snacks only fruits - Done
- Sports at least 5 times a week - Did Sport today
- Not more than 0.5l Cola light/day - 2 Cokes today
- No alcohol Monday through Thursday - Done
- Trade only when below 95kg - Done, no trades
- Log each day the keeping of these rules - Doen
In the evening, before going to sleep, I'll write on the progress.
First day was acceptable. The hunger is not so tough to cope with. Only thing problematic is that my blood pressure got high and I have a headache.
It must be stressful for the body to start burning fat.
