A very good day today. Was able to keep the discipline without any problems, and no cravings at all.
When you lose weight, you have to do it at once, the momentum is taking you in the right direction.
Also, never break the rules, this weakens yous. It's like when quitting smoking and having one puff and then falling back
  • Log all Food - Done
  • Don't use elevator - Done
  • Eat 3 meals a day and snacks only fruits - Done
  • Sports at least 5 times a week - Sport, 8.3 km in the gym
  • Not more than 0.5l Cola light/day - Done, 1 Coke
  • No alcohol Monday through Thursday - Done
  • Trade only when below 95kg - Done, no trades
  • Log each day the keeping of these rules - Done
