Just half a day as I start from mid day. Next 5 month I should really get my act together:

Tasks for today:

  1. Mindfull: 100 breaths  
  2. No Coke
  3. No shouting in the evening
  4. 1 hour Grünbichler
  5. Eat only in the evening - Fish + Hüttenkäs
